Objective 4/10/19: Best Chance Rd. > logging roads to NF to Berry Rd. and/or Best Chance to                                         Cook's Lake. 28.9 miles, 2104 ft elevation gain

This ride would've had me ascend along the N Fork of Skookum Creek, traverse over into Cook's Creek drainage and descend, and pop out on Berry Rd. However, I ran into deep snow almost making it to the pass going into Cook's creek drainage. This route goes over a Ridley Creek Logging bridge over N Fork Skookum Creek (see photos).

So, Plan B was to try and go to Cook's Lake from Best Chance Rd., but the road was packed in snow (see photo).

This road leads to Cook's Lake. Photo taken at "Hillbilly Heights", a very creepy area. I heard banjos up the canyon.
